All products are covered by Impact Computers' warranty against defects for a period of 30 Days from the date purchased.
Regardless of the brand, products will be covered exclusively by Impact Computers' stated warranty. All other warranties are null and invalid.
If an item proves to be defective, use the Return Merchandise Authorization form
Once an RMA number is provided, we require the part back within 10 days. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned back to our facility within the 10 day period. Any item sent after the 10 day period would automatically be denied.
