The part/ product is in new or like new condition. Either never used, or pulled from brand new equipment.
Refurbished
The part/ product may have been previously used, yet was inspected, tested and restored to working conditions. Might have cosmetic blemishes. Parts labeled -RB will have excessive wear.
New Generic
The part/ product is in new condition. New generics are not made by the original manufacturer but by a third-party company.

No need to worry when purchasing from us, we warranty all New products for 90 days (Refurbished Products have a 30 days warranty); if a product fails within 90 days of purchase we will replace it at our expense. **

If the ordered product is not on hand we might ship a an equivalent/ substitute/ replacement product in functionality (might be a different part number/ model/ brand or condition than the one displayed or ordered on the web site, on the phone or on the invoice). If you require and exact part number with no substitutes of any kind call us to enquire availability.
If the equivalent/ substitute product does not satisfy your requirements a full refund will be issued including all shipping costs. **
